ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) 2019

Notice is hereby served to the Society of Radiography in Kenya (SORK) for the 2019 Annual General Meeting to be held on Saturday 16th March, 2019 commencing at 8.00am at Ngong Hills Hotel along Ngong Road next to Uchumi Hyper.
- Agenda:
- To read the notice convening the meeting.
- To receive and record apologies. To confirm minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting and note matters arising.
- To ratify appointments of Lucy Akoth as 1st Vice President and one council member Mr. Samuel Karanja as the 2nd Vice President of SORK following resignation of Mr. Joseph Sang as 1st Vice President.
- To receive and adopt 2018 Council Report.
- To receive and adopt 2018 Auditor’s Report.
- To appoint the Auditor for 2019and fix his or her remuneration.
- To elect the new Electoral Board (EB) committee members in readiness for 2020 general elections.
- To consider of any other business (A.O.B) which not less than fourteen (14) days notice in writing shall have been sent to the Honorary Secretary.

SORK Membership
To be a SORK member, you need to:
Have completed a Radiography course at an accredited and recognized college internationally.
Be a continuing student, studying Radiography.
Be a corporate or an individual interested in the activities of Radiographers.
